More bugfixes!

Hey all, CDR team here. We did a couple more bugfixes and also included a loop music right when Level 1 starts!
Bugfixes:
- Hitbox for the spikes.
- Collision with everything, in general, is more fluid
- Pressing X twice won't softlock anymore
- Player will not die anymore at leaving the screen from top, left or right
Features:
- Added a main loop music for the whole gameplay!
